Sudo, a program used in Unix and Unix-like environment to grant normal users administrative rights, can be compiled with insults turned on; thus, when you mistype your password, it says things like:

i dunno, i myself prefer the random messaging across all our unix machines we can get from via their built in messaging(at least on solaris?) letting us know that when we're on a unix box the sys admin is always watching.....and he really really is....
