I recieved this warning from Mall Police officers...
I'll summarize:
Police officers all over the area are warning you that if you are driving after dark and see an on-coming car with no headlights on, DO NOT FLASH YOUR LIGHTS AT THEM! This is a common Bloods gang member 'initiation game'.
New gang members need to drive with no headlights, first car to flash them is their target. He now must turn around and chase that car, 'then shoot and kill every individual in the vehicle in order to complete his initiation requirements'. Supposedly this weekend September 23rd and 24th is the 'blood' initiaion weekend. It's supposed to be nation wide.

I dunno if this is serious or not... but please check it out.

Eh... better safe than sorry Smile there were TONS of cops out those two nights... I traveled quite a bit both evenings.
