This idea of submersible computers have been around for a while now but it hasn't caught on. Mainly cause it's messy and there has been a non consistent success rate. Although, I think most people say that for the first few weeks, it generally works. Penetration start to cause problems soon aftewards for some people. Had considered doing one myself... but decided against it. It also becomes messy that not ALL components can be submersed of course... such has the optical and magnetic drives.
