They haven't even found any evidence of nuclear weapons program in Iraq right??? Iran admits to nuclear programs (although not to weapons) and defies the UN. Why don't we blow them to bits too?

Even Saddam /probably/ thought that he did have major WMD programs - would /you/ tell him that "I don't feel like working on that today?"

Iraq was, essentially, run by a rogue. Who had a history of attacking other nations. Iran's government, being religiously based, is far more interested in internal issues/their own people and with the government's own future.

People still follow MAD theory. Iran probably wants a nuke for the sake of not using it, just like pretty much every other nation.
