I made these two weeks back. Half the batch used the sauce, but the other half, made for those who don't care for spicy food, included a nice portion of chopped bacon. The Peanut Butter Bacon Cookies were much better than the Chocolate and Bacon ones from New Years, but the former, with Sriracha were some of the best peanut butter cookies I've had. I'll definitely have to make them again for a get together sometime.
