If a city councilor is really so confused by apostrophes that he thinks that having one in the name of a restaurant means it takes a high-school diploma (let us hope he has one) to find it, I think it's worth winning a battle against him.

Ok, apostrophe use is really not that fucking hard....that along with the misuse of they're/there/their mystifies me as a common mistake.
