playing around with Truespace again, working on a design for a Trek-style space station:





Didn't like the way the panels were turning out...

Perhaps you need to either simply the panels, or add more intricate engraving-style highlights to the rest of the object? I think simplifying them will make them seem more apart of the rest of the station.

The main body's going to get some more detailing eventually - I just want to make sure of the scale first so that windows et al line up well. That wasn't as much of a problem for the panels, so I did those in more detail first.
